AtMall offers direct shipping from Europe to China. We work with our logistic partners to provide transportation, fulfillment, consolidation and international shipping. We have settled

various logistics express lines based on different import tax regulations against product categories. Using advanced technologies, we will be able to identify the optimal suppliers

and transportation method for every order you make.

 

The most common shipping method would be by air. Our logistic partners' flights depart from Europe to China every day. Together with them, we handle the clearance for you to

assure your parcel delivered in no time. Moreover, when the parcels are cleared, they will be distributed by one of the reliable partners, e.g. SF Express or other big express 

companies, which are nationally well-known for their high-quality service. Under normal circumstances, the domestic recipient receives the order in two weeks.

1.The catalog indicates prices including shipping and/or tax, or excluding.

2. For drop shipping to a consumer, we always ask for correct ID card number to match the real name, in order to integrate automatically with the custom efficiently.

3. AtMall insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your or your customer’s specified delivery address. We track throughout the whole process from

our logistics system for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery

purposes (eg. your customer, or a gift) then you accept that evidence of tracking and/or a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by

AtMall, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you provided us.

4. Logistics carriers can deliver to certain destinations without collecting a signature. Only orders with specification will guarantee on a signature upon receiving; however, if case no

signature is needed, please agree to our terms and conditions to confirm that AtMall can leave your package(s) outside the premises at the shipping address provided by you

without obtaining a signature as proof of delivery and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. 

5. Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders from our Partners within a most optimized consolidation and dispatch solution during sale periods. Delivery times appearing on the

site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. AtMall is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance

processes.

6. If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.

Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will provide you a

refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.

7. For bulk purchase, the shipment is always based on CIF terms; Buyers and we are both responsible for reconfirming any quantity difference from the Proforma Invoice before

loading. The packing of the goods are preventive from dampness, rust, moisture erosion and shock, and shall be suitable for ocean transportation/ multiple transportations.
